Lots to learn, farm from perfect. Being a Maximizer is great, I don't get satisfied with something, I get frustrated, I want to improve, I want to do it better!!! This feeling is the driver for me, now I understand, yes it drives me nuts and drives me to a better direction! So don't hold the regret, but use this frustration for tomorrow. Well done to myself for yesterday Plyo 18, cheer up for myself who screwed up Cardio 18 by forgetting moves. I do better next time! But sorry to participants once again. Strength 21, Beep test, with 22.5kg, failed the last one beep.

ZUU And GRIT cardio 6 Cardio was a good release, lots of mountain climber. Zuu, legs were on fire, heart rate not to the ceiling.

Floor coaching Strength 22, CX work participated. Push up challenge:56 sec ZUU yesterday feel fatigue in core.

GRIT Strength 5 No heart rate record as I forgot to bring my phone. 12.5kg each, too heavy on forearm, but not on shoulders. Feel like, continuously, lacking the strength in forearms. Need to follow the tempo, which I didn't know I have to. 50 push-up challenge: 1 min 30 sec Taught GRIT Cardio 1

Condition: still feel lacks confidence, mentally weak. Remarks: Just mental. Perhaps physically fine but couldn't do away with the non-confidence that I may do worse. Reflected in having lower peak at 7 min as well as the first round of the second final track without reaching max zone. Lower peak in the final track meant I had too much rest between burpees and cleans. Why?: Mental weakness. Still did well considering the mental condition. Told myself I can do, but need to push harder. Felt preserved energy. Lacked an attitude "this is it, final track, I'm gonna do this!". But also wanted to know when it was halfway. 50 push-up challenge: 1 min 40 sec

Condition: pretty non-confident after the hangover in Sunday which was a day before. maybe also conditioning, played frisbee but did not swim. Did a short warm-up. Remarks: Never measured cardio 12 before, however, note the very short time in max zone. Could feel that. Tracks like Gigant set, 2 min long, just couldn't go hard, preserving energy. Final track felt did well but not reflected in the heart rate. Maybe it's about the move, or just didn't push enough. 90sec challenge didn't go well either, going soft in high knee/mountain climber. Why?: Mental. Just the fact I had hangover deteriorated not only physically but mentally, lost some confidence in performance. Solution is not to have hangover as the last week had some drinks at party but conditions did not turn to be so bad.

Condition: pretty good, motivated, body not fatigued Remarks: max heart rate was good, in the final track beep test. Seems can go hard when knowing the end is coming. Why?: usually don't do Saturday cardio, had 2 glass of wine night before.
