GRIT Strength 5

No heart rate record as I forgot to bring my phone.
12.5kg each, too heavy on forearm, but not on shoulders.
Feel like, continuously, lacking the strength in forearms.
Need to follow the tempo, which I didn't know I have to.

50 push-up challenge: 1 min 30 sec
