Lots to learn, farm from perfect. Being a Maximizer is great, I don't get satisfied with something, I get frustrated, I want to improve, I want to do it better!!! This feeling is the driver for me, now I understand, yes it drives me nuts and drives me to a better direction! So don't hold the regret, but use this frustration for tomorrow. Well done to myself for yesterday Plyo 18, cheer up for myself who screwed up Cardio 18 by forgetting moves. I do better next time! But sorry to participants once again.
